Pensopay processes (part of) our payments in our webshop. Pensopay processes your name, address, and residence information. They also process payment information such as your bank account number or credit card number. Pensopay has implemented suitable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. Pensopay retains the right to use your personal (anonymized) information to further improve its services and, in this context, share it with third parties. In the case of a request for a deferred payment (credit facility), Pensopay will share personal and order information with the appropriate payment provider. If you place an order with us it is our responsibility to have your order successfully delivered to you. For the delivery, we can use the services of Coolrunner. Coolrunner uses this information with the sole purpose to carry out the agreement of delivery. In the case of Coolrunner hiring subcontractors, they will share said information with these parties.

Meneto is obligated to a duty of confidentiality and will treat your data accordingly. Meneto does not use your personal data for any other purposes other than those previously described above.
In order to provide us with the best insight and comparison of data for our website, we use Google Analytics, which is a web analytics service offered by Google that tracks and reports website traffic. Google uses the data collected to track and monitor the use of our website. This data is shared with other Google services. Biostrap Europe with the related domains is owned and managed by Medgar IVS and is independent of Biostrap USA LLC. This means that no data exchange with personal information takes place between the two companies, without the explicit consent of the data subject. Biostrap USA LLC does not have access to the sales register of Biostrap Europe IVS. Conversely, Biostrap Europe does not have any access to the data that is collected after purchase.
